Lenora was born and raised in North Carolina and has built a career rooted in service, leadership, and logistics. A graduate of The Citadel with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. Lenora also holds an Associate’s degree in Supply Chain Management and a Master’s in Project Management.

She previously served in the U.S. Army as a Logistics Officer, stationed at Fort Wainwright, Alaska. After her assignment, she chose to stay in Fairbanks, drawn by the strength of the community and the sense of connection she found in Alaska’s interior.

With a strong foundation in organizational planning, logistics operations, and team coordination, Lenora continues to serve both her profession and her community with dedication and purpose.

Michaella is a seasoned public relations and policy strategist based in Fairbanks and the founder of 907 Consulting. With extensive experience in both local and state government at the legislative and executive levels, she has served in key roles including Strategic Projects Coordinator in the Fairbanks North Star Borough Mayor’s Office and as chief of staff in the Alaska State Legislature. Michaella brings a deep understanding of community engagement, intergovernmental relations, and policy development across a wide range of sectors. A third-generation Interior farmer and hospitality professional, she blends rural insight, political expertise, and community-driven values in every project she leads.

Bernard  is originally from Waianae, Hawaii but has lived in Fairbanks, Alaska since 2013 when he was stationed at Ft. Wainwright as a Field Artillery soldier. After being honorable discharged in 2016, Bernard pursued his Bachelor's degree at the University of Alaska Fairbanks in Political Science. He has worked with private local businesses, the Alaska court system, and the Alaska state legislature and brings a wealth of knowledge in the areas of politics, military & veterans affairs, health & social services, graphic design, mediation, and leadership.
